In October 2005 we gave you the selling order for our house in Monte León.
Being a property of the top price range, with a large built and garden area, and a little far away from the coast, we knew that the job we were giving you was not an easy one. However, you have already sold it!
Truly you did not bring along a large number of interested clients for a viewing. You brought only a few, but they all had the required purchasing potential, and none of them was just being curious. Eventually we even had two clients of yours willing to purchase, and we had the choice!
As a German owing a house in Spain and a buyer of another nationality, whose language we could not speak, the process seemed to us rather complicated. Thus you took over the main weight of the negotiations at our most entire satisfaction, so that we received exactly the price that we had stipulated in the selling order.
We have been coming to Gran Canaria for many years now, we want to continue and wish to buy another - smaller - property. If you find us something appropriate in your choice of properties, we would be most happy to purchase it from you.
