The picturesque sand dunes of Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria, make up the unique backdrop to this golf course created by the legendary designer Mackenzie Ross in 1968. The golf course is surrounded by beaches and a 400 hectare nature reserve. Beautiful mature palm trees combine with the magnificent ocean view and a pleasant sea breeze to add to the impression that you are playing right in the middle of a surreal exotic oasis.
Facilities include a two-storey driving range with a reach of over 300 metres, a putting green, a pitching green, equipment hire, golf shop as well as a restaurant and snack bar.

The Meloneras golf course, inaugurated in 2001 in the south of the island, is one of the latest additions to the growing list of Gran Canaria golf courses. Crafted by the American designer Ron Kirby, it is the only place on the island where you can play golf right by the sea.
Facilities include a golf school equipped with modern technology such as video analysis, putting green, chipping green and driving range with bunker. There is also a golf shop and an equipment hire service. Buggies come equipped with modern GPS technology – a first in Gran Canaria.

Lakes, palm trees and autochthonous cacti enhance the beauty of this golf course in the south of Gran Canaria, set in a typical landscape, where the lush green of the circuit contrasts with the arid volcanic mountain surroundings. A second 18 hole circuit is currently under construction and, once completed will make this golf club all the more remarkable.

With a new 18 hole Arizona-style circuit currently being built, this golf club, located in the beautiful Tauro valley, promises to be yet another splendid addition to the golfing scene in the south of Gran Canaria.

This golf course, set in three valleys and adorned with over 600 palm trees and six lakes, blends in beautifully with its natural surroundings. It was designed by Blake Stirling and Marco Martin and has up to six tees per hole, making it a worthy challenge for golfers of every level. In fact several international tournaments, including the Spanish Open are regularly held there.
In addition to the usual facilities, the course also incorporates a driving range, chipping green, putting green and a practice bunker. There are also paddle-tennis and tennis courts, a swimming pool and a riding school.

It was created by Mackenzie Ross in 1956 for the Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas – the oldest golf club in Spain, dating back to 1891.
