Carolina García Chagrin grew up in the real estate business and took over as Managing Director of Cárdenas Real Estate from her father, Antonio García de Cárdenas, when he retired in the year 2004. She has studied in Germany and Madrid, specialising in European Business Studies and speaks fluent Spanish, German, English, French and Norwegian.

Daniel García Chagrin studied Law in Las Palmas and Granada and graduated at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He later followed a postgraduate course in Tax Law. He recently joined his parents' company and provides both the company and the company's clients legal and tax support and advice. He speaks fluent Spanish, German, English and French.

Ramón Sánchez Bruhn was educated in Germany and Gran Canaria, following the German system, and speaks Spanish and German as mother tongues, as well as fluent English and some Norwegian. With a university degree in IT and experience in the banking sector he adds these valuable skills to his many years of experience in Gran Canaria’s real estate market.
